3x30g bacon-wrapped goat cheese

These trays of fresh pasteurised goat’s cheese wrapped in smoky bacon and sprinkled with Provençal herbs can either complete your starters or provide the ideal selection for special occasions (pre-dinner aperitifs, cocktails, etc.) The smoky bacon covering the cheese is pink before cooking, then golden after reheating. With a smooth, creamy texture, slightly crunchy after cooking, bacon-wrapped cheeses have a characteristic flavour of bacon combined with the delicate flavour of goat’s cheese. Once on the plate, they just need to be tasted.
